Bootcamps are run in Market Harborough and are run with a loose military structure; parade timings, forming up ranks and movement from one location to another is encouraged (ensure you are on time for all sessions, forfeits are also part of the training), It is understood your are not wanting to be in the Army though. All exercises are facilitated to enable you to take control of your own training and outcomes. You will be encouraged and motivated via a variety of training methods which have been developed over many years to keep you on track to achieve your goals. No screaming or shouting as this has been shown to have a detrimental effect to your own motivation.
