Will a Personal Training work for me?

What can I expect from a Personal Trainer?

How long will it take for me to see fitness results, with a Personal Trainer?

Everyone’s Fitness Results are different, depending on your own personal fitness goals, body composition, and level of commitment, however no matter where you are in your current fitness level, Jay guarantees that you will Get Results as long as you Set Goals, stick to your diet plan follow your exercise programme and Re-evaluate your Fitness training on a regular basis. Some clients see results in as little as 2-4 weeks and most of our clients can feel and see their body begin to change in 12 weeks as they Burn Fat and Build Muscle.

Where do you conduct the training?

Training is conducted either at your home local parks or in the great outdoors. There is nothing better to invigorate and energise you than training across the open countryside utilising all the natural obstacles you can find along the way.

I exercise regularly and am motivated enough to train on my own; however I don't seem to be benefiting from my current workout; is there anything you can do to get me to start improving again without me having to have sessions every week?

As well as offering regular personal training sessions Jay also offers a set programme package. Including a free consultation, Body Analysis and training programme design and two sessions to teach you your new programme. This package does not leave you completely on your own as jay is available via the phone to answer any question you may have as you progress through the training. It is recommended that you have a programme review every 6-8 weeks and repeat Body Analysis every 2-3 months. This is to help keep you motivated and ensure your personal fitness level improves.

Can i train with my partner / friend or group of friends, to make the sessions more fun and to give us something to do together; can you train two people in one personal training session?

Of course i offer not only one-to-one training but also have specific packages for paired training (partner / Friend) and also small group sessions ideal for a group of friends to train together
